You just hear Lyanna whispering to Ned, followed by some cryptic mention of Robert killing the baby, the baby is obviously revealed to be Jon, but the episode left it ambiguous (though easily deduced) who the father is.
This isn't the kind of "reveal" that provokes a startling and immediate reaction. Anybody who didn't already know the theory likely responded with a muted "wtf?"
The presentation in the episode was what is known as a "nod", where show writers put in something designed to directly appeal to book readers or people likely to have reviewed theories on the internet.
