Hard physical evidence (other than conjecture or speculation) that the police planted evidence: zero
Hard physical evidence that Avery killed her: a shit-ton
Inb4 Avery's blood vial was tampered with. KEKno. Several medical experts have testified that the pin prick in the top of the vial is how you FILL the vial when the sample was first taken. Seal on vial was not tampered with and broken scotch tape on outer box being broken means nothing.

You know, I always thought about it how not even Steven Avery couldn be so dumb to make a murder right after he got out of prison, but on the other hand it would be kind of the best opportunity. He knew if he got caught and convicted, people would assume he is falsely accused again. Nobody can tell you if he's actually guilty or not. The Manitowoc Sheriff's Department fucked around with the evidence too much. That's what the documentary showed most, in my opinion. That their fuck-ups made it so that you can't even tell if Avery did it or not.

How can we, on an imageboard, provide physical evidence of evidence tampering in this case? What a strange request you're making that you know we can never meet. You're essentially saying that if one of us just so happened to crack the case, only then can we entertain the idea that he was framed for a second time. (Or not so much 'framed' as the police thinking he actually did it and then helping themselves out with some evidence to ensure conviction. It doesn't seem that unlikely)
Ken Kratz, on behalf of the Manitowoc Sheriff's Department, stated in a press conference that they would leave the actual searching of the Avery compound to a neighboring county's Sheriff's Department. If they go out of their way to state this and then still be involved, then that is quite suspect.
