it was all just lies, being 'no-one' doesn't do anything, when she drank the water in the kills-you pool they'd just replaced it with eye fixing antidote, when she pulled all the faces off dead jaqen and saw her own face and then became blind it was just hallucinogenic drugs, the masks are literally just people's faces, no magic to it, they skipped over the Waif having girly make-up lessons with Arya every night in order to teach her how to look like someone else and not just a fucking crazy person who cut off someone's face and stuck it on their own which doesn't actually fucking work, okay no it's just magic that doesn't make sense

there was a considerable gap in time in this episode which should be pretty fucking obvious considering that olenna knows about her family dying and jaime has made it back to kings landing despite being all the way up there with the freys.
A lot of these teleportation powers are simply bad pacing. They could have resolved Arya's storyline earlier in the season and then no-showed her for a few episodes, so her sudden reveal wouldn't be so jarring.
