Not confirmed, but the big rumor now is that Negan kills Glenn and Abraham in the premiere.

It's most likely true. Glenn and Abe are the only ones that haven't been seen filming since episode 1. Also it makes perfect sense when you think about how much time was spent on both their storylines last season.
