What are the best Gun-Fu/Gun-Kata movies out there?

I'm about to re-watch The Killer, but I'm looking for any other movies I should look out for. John Woo movies are kind of a given.

The scene itself is really funny, because they keep that pose while walking through a house. One of those guys' gf is blind, so she's oblivious to them trying to kill each other.
