He is thinking of Hello John

He's thinking how can he convince two honorable people of science to back his crazy venture. He knows it will be almost impossible to get them to green light this project unless he can convince them that the science behind Jurassic Park was legitimately resurrecting 100% true dinosaur DNA and not Frankenstein-esque monsters that are not only unethical but a corruption of nature itself.

He also realizes that he needs their backing of his project and he hasn't TOLD THEM there will be REAL dinosaurs. Just that they will be funded if they go to some random island and "ok" the research that's been going on there.

He's looking at them like that because he's already deceived them and he plans to deceive them yet again. He wants to bring the world wonder back.
