Why does people says it's shit ? Is the other part of the movie garbage ? Because the first part is actually surprising, well made and entertaining
Oh, and the acting is okay so far.
Boyega is doing a fantastic job, as Oscar Isaac (he died too soon, his character seemed amazing), but Ridley and Ford are really bad.

It's purely mediocre and a slight reboot of a new hope. The music is unremarkable, the characters are unremarkable and the story is a rip-off of A New Hope.
Visually though it's fantastic. Well shot, well cut and the practical effects looked amazing.
6.5/10 I'm not even mad.
