Why can't they just include the actual price on the menu and expect us to pay that? If they want us to pay more, fine, write the actual price on the menu. Don't write a lower price and then expect someone to pay charity on that, its fucking stupid and a waste of time.

More often than not there's a restaurant not 2 miles from me that I can just carryout at. I don't want to feel like at ass but I'm sure as fuck not going to waste 5 or so fucking bucks extra for a fucking delivery when it'll take me 5 minutes to go down there and pick it up.
