I can give you a short synopsis. We basically put Perverted Justice on trial. We felt that their vigilante tactics were unethical and dangerous. Through the court process, we put a real burden of proof on Perverted Justice and the organization could not rise to the challenge. The only detail I can find on Wilusz is the Fort Myers police confiscating his 2005 Toyota after the sting and ultimately destroying it in 2010 due to an unpaid $250 fine (probably the fee for towing it from the sting house). Can't find his felony case anywhere. I wrote to his attorney asking him to shed some light on his prowess.
I don't think he died (a Michael Wilusz in Lakeland did die in 2009, but he was in his 90's). I don't think he fled, as this would be known.
