The Dorne guards were probably bribed before. As far as Alliser Thorne goes, he was the highest commanding officer present. The murder had alrrasy been done and there were probably a bunch of people around who disliked what Jon Snow did but wouldn't have accepted his murder. However, that doesn't mean that they would've wanted to risk their life to stand up for him after he was aoready dead.

Arya sees Berric and Thoros, and wants to attack them, but after seeing, that they are with Sandor, changes her mind.

He says that apparently he wasn't the only one thinking that. LF calls Jon "your grace" and gives him an old letter, that was supposed to reach Benjen, but never did. Maester Aemon wouldn't let it.
