Very few will be. As far as true classics, regardless of genre, the only one I could see earning that distinction would be The Dark Knight. Others might be considered milestone for the genre, like Iron Man(first movie that's part of a cinematic universe) or The Avengers(first movie to tie together a whole cinematic universe).
