The journey over won't go well, I don't see how anyone thinks it will. As for the Dothraki, they're useless against an organized force with better weapons, have literally no siege equipment or experience at siege, and will be fighting an enemy on their own terrain. Her army will be hit with disease as soon as it moves to Westeros, which is supposed to be medieval Europe, meaning in comparison to where the Dothraki are form it's bathed in bacteria and disease.
She'll arrive with a decent sized force next season and then Winter will drop down on her and she'll be forced to work with Westerosi people rather than forcibly subjugate them. She'll wind up working with Jon, Sansa, and the Northern Houses to stop the coming winter.
The series isn't going to end with Dany rampaging across Westeros with a foreign army of eunuchs and rapists killing everyone. Her dragons will probably bite it, or at least 1 or 2 of them will, form the white walkers.
