The subtle make-up to shit like eyebrows in the Universe sketch is so genius. Really adds to the whole image they're trying to portray. It's a thing you don't even notice beyond a subconscious level.
The music ones are always so spot on. If you don't listen to the lyrics they usually always could pass as real songs. Yellow River Boys is another good example of this.

The only real highlights for me were the Two Horses running scene, Top Gun from the top, Dobis PR, the scene where their gator can't make that sharp turn, EZ swords and the "throw the bait" scene. That's a good number of scenes, but all the rest was pretty underwhelming. There were too long of gaps between the really big laughs.
