Anyone else loving the Dany/Asha girl-power? Now that some of the different plots/regions are converging I loved being able to see two seriously bad-ass ladies teaming up. Maybe I'm wrong on this but did anyone else think that Asha was being a little seductive towards Dany? Like the last time we saw Asha it was established that she likes girls, and the two seemed to be kinda vibing, and I think Tyrion noticed it too, but I could be completely off on that.
Game of Thrones will be remembered as having adapted the books less fully than LotR adapted its books, which is incredible given GoT is a TV show (with six seasons now) and LotR were movies.

Everyone's talking about the battle of Mereen and the Dragons destroying the slavers fleet, but Grey Worm dropping the two Masters had to be the most badass thing in the whole show. One of the best "O, shit!" moments in the whole series.

I felt like his tactic was clever: they were told only one of them had to die so obviously two of them would gang up on the weaker one and Grey Worm, by killing both of the highborn masters , made it so that the only one left alive would both fear them and be grateful more than the other two would have ever been. This is actually some good writing.

I'm not satisfied with that. He should have been tortured to the point of begging for killing him and that still wouldn't come. Like cutting off his legs and arms and dick, then making him blind and deaf, but not mute. And then torturing him on the regular basis. Every time Jon was mad, he would have a punching bag, that would whisper "pleassse, kill me already... please you fucking bastard... just end this already" and the death wouldn't come. He would just spend days after days in darkness, with life being full of pain, which he liked to inflict so much on other, innocent people. After few years of living like that, he would be just a mess, possibly not even able of talking properly, just crying from neverending pain.
And that's the punishment such an evil man should receive. It would have been just. The pain he got was clearly too fast for all the people he murdered and tortured.

If Rickon were very close, Ramsay would be aiming horizontally, lining a shot up. This is what's technically known as 'point blank' range (colloquially, people use 'point blank' to refer to 'right up against your head', but technically it means close enough that projectile drop isn't a factor). In that case, zig-zagging might be an effective measure because it might, in theory, prevent Ramsay from being able to draw a bead on Rickon.
But, Rickon is clearly well outside of point blank range, and Ramsay is clearly aiming the arrows up in the air to ensure they'll travel far enough to have a chance of hitting Rickon. It's exceptionally unlikely that anything other than luck/nadespamming will reliably produce a hit here, so we just have to accept that the cool thing is happening because it's cool and that's TV for you.
The point, finally, is that Rickon has no way of knowing when Ramsay fires or where the arrow is traveling. Therefore his zig-zagging is just as likely to move him TO a 'hit zone' as it is to move him AWAY from one. And because zig-zagging means that the distance, as the crow flies, between him and Ramsay increases significantly more slowly, therefore allowing Ramsay much more time to take many more shots, zig-zagging is clearly sub-optimal in that spot.
