Pretty decent to me.
HOWEVER:
1. Negotiations between Ramsay and Jon. FFS, Jon has been developing for 5 fucking books, surely he can come up with some sick slams, not just "Let's fight man to man kind sir!" I'd take anything even "I killed a walker, I'll wreck you too bastard" geez.
