One of the best b-movies ever and still teh best Cthulhu Mythos movie (no fuck you Mouth of Madness and Dagon aren't as good as this)

It's not Cthulhu at all. The only similarity is that it was written by Lovecraft. Though it does do an excellent job of matching the mood of the story, mixing horror and comedy.

What are some other B Movies that are actually good though? It seems I only hear of the shit ones.

Dagon is much more Lovecraftian. Re-Animator is too full of offbeat humor and 80s schlock. Dagon plays it straighter, but still has funny moments.
