I think the best you can get is those webDL things from itunes or whatever they're from
they're generally 5gb or so. I stick to BD downloads at ~30gb myself

not really, if you remove everything but the actual film (disc intros, extras, maybe other languages) the film itself in original language can be 25-40gb
