Closely Watched Trains. It takes place in occupied Czechoslovakia, but I wouldn't really describe it as a war movie. It's mostly about this kid trying to get over his premature ejaculation.

If anyone likes Closely Watched Trains, I'd recommend checking out Daisies too. Some prime qts in it.

I just saw him as socially awkward. As far as Czech New Wave goes, this one was actually a bit more subtle. If you want something a bit more interesting check out Daisies or Valerie and Her Week of Wonders (my personal favorite of the genre).
