Well of course it's american centric. But besides that it feels exactly the same in jokes but the writing feels more mature. There are no mention of "taking a piss", bollocks and chavs.
I love both shows btw. I have the DVDs of the Thick and downlloads on my computer I've had for years. You should enjoy Veep.
