So now that it looks like Batman v Superman will join the ranks of films that have a much superior extended/directors edition, what other films are out there in the same situation?
Kingdom of Heaven is of course the ultimate poster boy for crap theatrical and amazing directors edition. The Lord of the Rings trilogy extended edition is much more fleshed out and complete than the theatrical cuts.

Warcraft is supposed to get a directors cut. It seems like there was a lot of pacing issues with the theatrical cut. Hopefully the directors cut fixes this.

i really want to see the director's cut for warcraft. there was so much stuff in the trailers and the leaked comic con footage that never made it to the theatrical cut. 40 minutes was cut. that's a lot.

The original cut of Brazil is vastly superior to the one with the shitty "Love Conquers All" ending.

Troy and Alexander became better with their extended editions.
Watchmen, though the nonsensical extended scene with Rorschach and the policemen could have been left out (he stands there as the policeman shoots at him, then disappears like some cheap horror film character).
