After that Cersei will rule KL (don't ask on what grounds, same as with the Sneks in Dorne. Jaime will probably be at her side, but will probably have serious doubts with her actions. And then, when Dany is about to take KL and Cersei will want to burn down the entire city, Jaime will kill her.
