I know nothing of the Fel beyond how it's used in the movie, but here's my take on it.
The Force is powerful, but since the Fel can literally rip out your fucking soul, Green Nigger might have a bit of an advantage here.
A lot of folks have brought up Sheev's lightning hands, and I imagine those might be a bit of a nuisance. Considering how much more muscle Orcs have, even when weakened by Fel, I don't think lightning's gonna fuck you up TOO badly.
It's all a matter of how close Gul'dan can get to Sheev, imo. If Sheev manages to hold off Gul'dan long enough to drop a building on Gul'dan's head, he's in the clear, but considering you're probably talking a 1-on-1 deathmatch, Gul'dan's probably gonna rekt Sheev even harder than he did Durotan.

They were all grey level npc to him, you do increased damage to them. Sheev is at least the same level as him.
That being said guldan still has the range advantage.

Also, while having your soul drained you get stunned.
If sheev shocks gul'dan he can still drain soul through it.
