My body condition is average, fit but not the super muscular /fit/ type.

I was member of my country's military, everything went better than expected so I was moved to special cover ops, but I was forced to retire really earlier when I didn't cover my boss ass over some dirty business.
Still I got some money off that, got an average job for now and I still train all weeks to not lose my edge.
Im into various martial arts and meditation stuff, Tai Chi, etc.
Obviously I know how to handle guns, Im "good" on hand to hand combat but when it comes to puzzles and shit like that Im really bad.
