I watched the first 6 or 7 seasons and literally chuckled once.
Almost as bad as British "humour".
it's not for everyone but there was a certain genius to the first few seasons. now the actors are too goddamn old and they're just beating a dead horse, because it jumped in popularity so long after it initially aired. fuckin netflix
If that's a joke from the show then I'd imagine most shows are funnier than it.

Its not really a joke in that it has setup and payoff but its a thing he says and it can be funny how he's a stupid person. Its mostly humor about the characters, I wouldn't say jokes.
