Best Theory Coming through
After Jon Is crowned North King and rules the Riverlands as well, Dany comes over (a few seasons later) and starts her conquest of westeros while the North prepares for the War of Dawn.
Dany can't gain territory in the north because a) Winter fucks dothraki up and B) winter fucks dragons up, and hence Dany can't touch the north.
Jon - knowing that he can't beat the others/white walkers without the other kingdoms prepares a truce with Dany, a pact in which they get married and unite the kingdoms (a pact of Ice and Fire, which was supposed to be fulfilled by their great ancestors after Blackfyre). Jon surrenders the north and holds the line at the riverlands (gaining him the title "The King who Lost the North"). Dragons can fight, the westerosi lords unite and the war is won.
Whilst the audience will know Jon and Dany are related, they will never discover the truth because Bran will never see Jon or the rest of his family ever again.

Do you really not see the point of the people absolutely hating them if they're running around getting innocent people caught for murder left right and centre? A religious assassin order who'll take your case even if you have nothing except your life to offer them is just the thing that'd work in a fucked-up place like Bravos. Everyone just assumes that the killed one had it coming for something or other, because rich people can afford to hire other assassins and so the majority of clients are poor. The high-point of the finale will be the Cleganebowl. Cersei's execution will be deferred to next season, because she can't die before Tommen, and Tommen won't die before she loses the trial, because it'd make Cersei not care about losing the trial in the first place. She'll lose the trial, try to find a way to escape her fate(probably by taking the black or some hare-brained scheme like that), her final kid dies and then she finally gives up.
And the Tyrells have no reason to do away with Tommen either, because he's still the best king they'll get to marry Margaery, and you need their court-intrigue for next season.
