Tons of people have prophetic dreams actually. Jaime has one with Brienne and the Bear as well. Which ends up through, a lot of his dreams deal with the flame of his sword going out, when it does, he dies and deals with a lot water theme and the creatures in it as well.
So either Tyrion's dream is forshadowing the White Walkers and a risen Tywin and Jaime, or he actually kills Jaime himself while Jaime's is over his dark past and the potential of the Greyjoys being his ultimate death, which would also go hand in hand with Dany's shenanigans.

In reality it would pass to the leading Lord of the Baratheons, the closest to Robert without being Gendry/Edric Storm, so in the books, that would be Stannis. If there is no leading Lord, then it passes to the Duke of the Baratheons, or the equivalency. As far as the show concerned, none of these exist anymore, so it would pass to Kevan Lannister due to being the Right Hand of the King, but that wouldn't make sense to normies, so just give it to Cersei.

No, it wasn't. Sansa is given to the Boltons in episode three. Cersei speaks with the High Sparrow for the first time in the same episode. Moreover. It takes at least two months in ship to get from King's Landing to the North or the Vale. Littlefinger couldn't have gained intel on that.

Not really. In Westeros daughters of a lord come before his brothers. For example, if Ben wasn't in the NW, and Robb, Bran, and Rickon all died, Sansa would still be the one to inherit Winterfell.
Rules that were established by the Targs for the iron throne are different, brothers of a king come before his daughters. This was done to make Jahaerys's claim to the throne undisputed. No one but the Targs ever used that rule however.
Dorne is something else all together. Their law is that the eldest child inherits regardless of gender. While in rest of Westeros brothers always go before sisters.
