This is gonna take a little guestimation bullshit, but let's figure that the X-jet explosion exploded at the rate of 50,000 feet per second. It's about 1500 feet from the front of the Englefield House to the road QS arrived in the scene from. So.
Let's put an estimate for "route from the basement to the front door" at around 200 feet. You could fit the building in a 450ft box on a map, roughly. The explosion, which took out almost the entire building, then, would've done so in about 9 milliseconds.
Let's ignore of the bullshitting QS did. He zipped in and out of the house about 5 times I think. Which means he covered a distance of around 1500 feet 10 times, or 15000 feet, in .9 milliseconds.
Which means he was casually zipping around at about 16666666.6665 feet a second. 11363636.36352273 miles an hour. That's just over 5 million meters per second. Or, you know, twice the speed of light.
Even if you assume the X-Jet blew up with only the detonation velocity available from commercial explosives (which is about 30,000 feet per second), QS would still be clocking over 3 million meters per second. Which is still faster than the speed of light.
CW Barry Allen hasn't hit the speed of light yet. His time travel has been achieved through Speed Force shenanigans.
