I loved it. Particularly because it reveals Arnold as some sort of ruthless sociopath who was not afraid to break down even his best friend Franco Colombo to get in his head. Like what he did with Ferrigno, and Ferrigno doesn't even really realize what Arnold is doing.

I remember Arnold telling how he and Franco would argue in hack Italian in front of customers. Customer would be interested but unable to tell what was going on. Franco would walk away, disgusted. Arnold would say, "Sorry about dat." Customer would ask what was wrong. Arnold explains, their chimney is shit.
Franco appears on the roof and, because he's strong as fuck, pushes the chimney over.
"Oh wow, we'll definitely have to get a new one! What would have happened if we had an earthquake?! Wow, you guys are amazing!"
