Very friendly reminder that around the time of Wall-Es completion, Disney officially moved the best Pixar staff members over to the Disney Animation Studio, leaving only the newbies and Disney employees at Pixar. The old staff was mostly able to finish Up but after that, they were gone. That is where the drastic dip in quality comes from right around Toy Story 3 and why you should NEVER consider a Pixar movie after Up as pixar.

Nah, it was a GREAT look at the struggles of the modern family and the american dream. There's still solid material to explore for Violet and Dash in highschool or college, but for sure it doesn't need to be a trilogy.
Two films should cover all bases while leavong enough room up to the viewer's interpretation.
