Difference is in BE they introduces cool and interesting characters and placed them behind boring stuff like muh kids. Peaky Blinders gives you what you want. It's pretty instant gratification and not as Patrician as BE when BE was having strong moments. Still enjoy it tremendously but I am also still mad about how badly they fucked up BE.
