Best what we've got from Bay so far
>>
>>70258723
seriously, why were white people in sand nigger land?
>>
>>70258780
making sure sand niggers didn't get anything too deadly. They were fine with them blowing each other up but didn't want problems outside the country (which obviously eventually happened)
>>
How much did HIllarywood pay to keep this movie under wraps
>>
>>70258753
Yeah porn stache had some cringe lines but still killed it.
>>
>>70258822
dialog was definitely the weak point in the movie
>>
>>70258849
although it's true, for some reason it didn't bother me as much as I thought it would - maybe it's because the dialog in most michael bay movies is absolutely terrible

they did though, basically the CIA went in to destroy missiles and other equipment before certain groups could get them.

Yep. Go ahead and quiz meh.

Is it enough to indict Hillary?

Ist it cheesy like american sniper?

Or is is surprisingly passable like pain and gain?
>>
>>70259790
Libya had a lot to do with oil. It has some of the most in Africa. But it was also about gold.
>>
>>70259817
few people on tour post on /sp/
>>
Is it a "USA USA USA" movie ?
>>
>>70259910
People are going to see it as a USA USA USA movie no matter what but nah not really. The CIA and the security guys got thrashed and barely survived the night. Then they went home.
>>
>>70259765
So the actor's portrayal of him was completely accurate? No offense but his character was goofy as fuck. I'm sure he's a decent guy IRL.
>>
>>70259765
Kek!
>>
>>70259978
Does it have a montage of flags flying with the anthem playing in the background like american sniper did
>>
>The manlette hold a hord of sandniggs.
>>
>>70260008

He's a decent guy in terms of a Ranger etc. I just had a lot of experiences with him that led me to believe he was emotionally unstable.

He was a super nice guy. Like the nicest guy you would ever meet. But this ended up being a problem when he got his tab. As a tabbed Spec-4 he was often tasked with smoking (hazing by physical punishment) untabbed privates and specialists. He couldn't handle it initially. When he was forced to do it he would literally freak out while doing it and one time broke down into tears as he did it, throwing gear around, screaming about how disappointed he was. It was seriously some Mommie Dearest type shit. Which left a weird vibe hanging in the air for both the NCO's and privates.
>>
>>70260104
Nope. At the very end of the movie they're waiting for their plane. One guy asks how many medals the CIA will get, and then asks what they will get. His buddy says "We get to go home." And that's it. No American flags, no jets flying overhead, no bullshit. That's why I liked it. The good guys didn't win. They got to keep their lives, that's all.
>>
I fell asleep during the movie. Just couldn't get into it.
>>
>>70260141
He was... too nice to smoke the new guys? How did that dude even make it through RASP (RIP at that time??) and get tabbed later? How did he make it through Florida phase?
>>
>>70260160
Is it more like BHD in that respect then
>>
>>70260229
It's basically Black Hawk Down: Another African Country Edition. Black Hawk Down has a lot more shooting though.
>>
>>70260207

He was a physical stud. I wasn't in his RIP class as I had arrived about 6-7 months prior to him. But yeah he was a super nice guy. Always positive and trying to help everyone. But when it came to being a dick he just didn't have it in him. I actually think the tabbed Spec-4 shit was retarded.

So long as you can handle the physical side of RIP and the land-nav shit with 24-hour smoke session followed by the road march you get in. No personality screening necessary.

Another funny story from Black Hawk Down filming unrelated to Paronto. I was an acquaintance of Master Sergeant Eversmann who was portrayed by Josh Hartnett. He came to speak to our RIP class as he was at Ft. Benning for sone reason. He told us about his time working with Hartnett to develop his character. Eversmann took Hartnett out to dinner (Eversmann's treat) to the best steak house in LA. Hartnett ordered a protein-free salad. Eversmann said "And that's when I realized I was going to be forever portrayed by a homo."

>>
>>70260346
protein free salad?

wat
>>
>>70260687

He specifically asked that no meat be added to his salad as all the salads had either chicken or beef on them.
>>
>>70260346
nothing is shittier than nav ex in a fucking jungle
>>
Literally Michael Bay's only coherently directed movie, which is kind of bizarre considering it's about an incoherent incident.
>>
>>70259419

This is actually a "good" film from Bay.

Even the action scenes are well shot for him. There's a hell of a lot of wacky EXTREEEEEME angle shots looking up peoples noses as fans and smoke swirl above them during regular dialogue scenes, but that's Bay for you. Every shot could potentially be in the trailer, so he's gotta cover those bases.

He even has a few shots with complex action happening in the frame instead of constant cut aways.

Fixed Wing Bilat in Idaho. After airfield seizure is completed and Tier 1 Operators working on securing precious cargo my platoon has to pull security prone in a foot of snow wearing only summer BDUs and web gear.

I shivered for three hours straight. Death seemed preferable.
>>
>>70259765

Well, that's pretty much his character in the movie.

>retards that join the american military are most often mentally unstable individuals with social disorders

holy shit! what are you going to reveal next? that water is wet?
>>
>>70261214

Kek. It's actually true. I have to say that the time I spent in Ranger Regiment was easily the most degenerate, mouth-breathing experience of my life.

But that is besides the point.
