Honestly it is decent.
It's not great or anything but as a dumb action flick it's about on par with John Carter of Mars.
Eyecandy, some fan-pleasing, some fan-rage stuff and not a lot of depth.
They also had the exact same problem of attempting to push retarded hollywood romance scenes and pathos when unnecessary.
With some minor cutting, or just turning off your brain during the romance and orc baby stuff, i'd say it was a 7. Without that it's about a 6.5.
Amusingly the Orcs were actually a lot less bullshit "poor us we wuz innocents n shit" than Metzen et al retconned them into being in WoW from what I recall. A lot more straight-up "Gul'dan said so and who cares about other races anyway" stuff that was in Warcraft 2/3.
