Whoa hey man let's just talk "out of character" here for a second. Synecdoche, NY is a great film and the only movie that's made me cry and I won't watch it now because I know I'll cry harder knowing that Phillip Seymour Hoffman is no longer with us but it's certainly no reason to kill yourself. Go for a walk, talk to someone if you can, take a nice relaxing bath... it's not worth it, seriously. This is coming from someone who lost everything six months ago, I got myself arrested, lost my job, got divorced, and found out my cat has diabetes. Take it from me, I know, life may seem shitty now but it's 1000000x better than not being alive. Someone somewhere loves you whether you know it or not and I think that's the point of the movie, it justtakes Caden almost his whole life to realize it.
