Why was Sansa so angry at Petyr? She knew that Boltons killed her brother right? It's not like he kept this a secret. All Ramsay did to her was, well you guessed it, consumate their marriage. I don't understand why most of the asoiaf community arrogantly dismiss Preston Jacobs as just some crazy tinfoiler when he's literally the person who has read more of GRRM's stuff than anyone on the planet.
Not only has he reread the whole of ASOIAF three times, and some particular chapters even more than that, but he's read every single one of GRRM's other books, and has probably reread quite a few of them for his Book Club and because they're quite short books. To add to that- he's also watched the Beauty and the Beast episodes that GRRM wrote the screenplay for, watched and read nearly every GRRM interview that's available on the internet, done extensive research on many GRRM quotes, and has even researched on GRRM's personal life to discover more about his background and life as a young man, and his relationship with women.
Preston is literally more educated on GRRM than anyone else in the fandom, and has probably read more of his stuff than even Parris or GRRM's own editors and publishers considering he looks at everything the man's ever done and rechecks them.
He has surpassed even Elio and Linda as the biggest superfans, considering I doubt even they have read up on GRRM as much as Preston has.
Yet the westeros.org and /r/asoiaf community look down at him with smug pretension, thinking they somehow know more than Preston because they choose to believe in the mainstream beliefs of the community that has been circlejerked for years.

D&D weren't thinking, that's the point. They're not very creative, once they ran out of source material and surpassed the books it went downhill for the show mostly.
