As I understand the comics he pretty much did lots of times.
He broke dr. Strange's hands and made him a magic iron man suit.

Those suits were literally canon fodder, he made them too specific, suited for just one task, that's why the went down like canon fodder in the climax of Iron Man 3.
Also he doesn't have them anymore.
