When Hodor dies holding the door while Bran escapes in the recently leaked GoT season 6 episode 5.
It's a well done scene. I'm glad we got to see that Bran warging into Hodor while Bran is in the past is what causes Hodor to have a seizure and the last words he hears and repeats over and over, while in that seizure, is "HOLD THE DOOR", which eventually becomes "HODOR" the longer Hodor is having the seizure. It messes up his brain where he can only say Hodor from then on out.
