Jenna Fischer Replaced on Show Because of Bad Chemistry With Matt LeBlanc
Fischer’s role is currently being recast for the comedy’s debut season — a chemistry issue, network entertainment president Glenn Geller finally admitted this morning.
“She is a phenomenal actress,” Geller continued from the middle of a post-CBS breakfast presentation scrum. “It just wasn’t the right actress for the right role, ultimately, when we saw the pilot.”
Regarding that apparently flawed on-screen relationship, Geller said: “It was fine, we think we can do better in terms of the chemistry between the two of them.”

wow , she's basically implying that during production/filming her and john kind of fancied each other, and that's why it worked with their characters. The problem that in this new show LeBlanc and/or Fischer didn't see each other that way (I'm pretty sure LeBlanc is the one that didn't find Fischer THAT attractive) . I feel sorry for her, she had her time under the sun and now she's back at square one.
