So lets talk about this trainwreck. It looks garbage, actors are not even b-rate(though its not as if the original series had anything else back then), and it doesn't even remotely look anything like a Macgyver series could look like. Can anyone think of any redeeming qualities this might have?

I think there's a difference between "cheesy/campy fun" and just plain shitty though

-Introduce him working with a team
-His voice sounds like he's trying to imitate but off
-Too smug
-Looks like they're trying to make it high-stakes explosions and mayhem, what I've seen of MacGyver (only a few seasons) it's been fun+dangerous adventures not 'missions'
