Early season's simply can't exist in HD because of early digital paint. Season's ona and two are on Blu-ray, but they are godawfull Q-tec upscales (by Toei, who also do this to actually cell animated anime just because they can't give two shits.) The best quality raws would be the Bunny Hat ones.

Seriously rewatch it. It has a lot of dark themes that are hard to digest as a child but it also has an incredibly well crafted and balanced story and is really engaging.
Of course don't watch the botchered english dub. Watch japanese with subtitles or any other language dub if you speak another language
