I can just tell you what I believe it is. It looks like some kind of drug deal or whatever deal happening. You see Seagal and the nigger getting the package together in the beginning and then they go to the toilets to open it up. I assume because of discretion but that doesn't make any sense because Seagal wouldn't blow up a building full of random people. So going to the toilet Seagal moves away from the nigger and I suppose that is suspicious to the nigger so he tells him to go easy, in a sense of no harsh movements and stuff like that.
