Snyder's mythic, artful, evocative direction and perfectly executed action make it a really good film. Interesting themes, heart, world building.
Winter Soldier had cellphone commercial tier cinematography, a couple cool fleeting combat scenes, unfunny quips, a forgettable CGI ticking time bomb third act, it wasn't some political thriller. Wow, the government may have been infiltrated, soo deep. Evans is likable as Cap, but it's a snooze of a movie.

In no way shape or form is this true, Daredevil's better in every criteria. JJ was awful save for Tennant. One main drawn-out plot was just part of the problem, the writing was atrocious, the action was laughable (JJ tossing everyone), she was a bad protagonist, Nuke and Hellcat and Luke were more interesting.
