Well I think the point of Sansa entire character is that she had a super childish view of the world and it's been repeatedly destroyed and each time it happens she starts to see the real world a bit more and she's finally now in a position to try to play a part rather than just be a piece on a board to be moved by the whims of others. That all said you should rewatch the scene where everybody is eating at the wall. She's not really portrayed as being smart here.
