I don't get the excitement for Arya's plot. It can go either of 2 ways.
She can either get the Theon treatment and forever reject her lordship to be a minion to Jaqen's cult, which pretty much means doesn't have significance to the plot now.
Or Jaqen's lets go back to her path of vengeance and eventually becomes the shonen assassin everyone wanted her to be and help whoever in the end are the "good guys" like the fandom expects.
Either way, both plotlines are shit.

Again, I thought the Night's Watch Oath was more in line as a perpetuity service, because the people who initially proposed the Oath presumed that once a member of the Night Watch dies, he stays that way. Maybe it's too early to tell, but the first three episodes have been mediocre at best. I can't even think of an episode i the first three seasons that I would rate under a 7/10. Season 4 and 5 took a noticable dip in quality, but it was still overall good. Some mediocre episodes here and there and a few bad ones, but still mostly good.
This season? The premiere was awful, episode 2 was okay and episode 3 is not very good either. The show is starting to turn into something akin to True Blood, where everything feels like its done for shock value and status quo never really changed. Arya is blind? No big, changed after an episode or two. Jon Snow dead? no big deal, hes back in a few episodes. Theres also an increasing amount of useless scenes full of characters they dont know what to do with anymore, a la True Blood. For example the Tyrion drinking game shit
