If Children of the Forest are Rayquaza as Bran's actor said, they might only be related in only that they have power over the same general thing, weather/nature, not that one created or helped to create the other.

Well, the people we see in the story who can skinchange are all descended from the First Men. Though this doesn't necessarily mean that every First Men can warg. After all, we didn't hear about them being able to do this before they invaded Westeros.
Considering the First Men and the Children later had a Pact, which included the Children gifting the First Men dragonglass, the First Men taking on a lot of the Children's culture, especially their religion of the Old Gods and worshipping trees, and definite signs of interbreeding with the First Men to produce the Crannogmen, I'm deducing that the power to skinchange is a Children ability that came to pass in First Men-Children mixbreeds.
The wildlings beyond the Wall have a lot more skinchangers. Beyond the Wall is also where most of the Children of the Forest are, and have been for centuries because south of the Wall they're thought of as myth. This means that wildlings would have a likelier chance of breeding with the Children.
The Starks are able to skinchange because the Starks of Winterfell would often marry the Crannogmen to cement alliances with the Neck. Roose Bolton even mentions this in one of the History and Lore videos iirc. So basically Starks have Crannogmen blood, and thus Children blood.

Dany will cause despicable carnage to Westeros, and because we've been following her for so long, some people will sympathise with her demented cause of destroying Westeros with hostile foreigner, because we've seen this villain's side of the story.

But first, she had to prove she could sense things without sight. Because extra sensory perception is an important aspect when telling lies and uncovering truth.

She was to learn three new things, and only return to the temple to report the 3 things she learned. Then go back out again and learn 3 new things.
