It's like watching Freaks and Geeks all over again. A bunch of nerds who never win at anything. I love both shows though. SV has had more wins than F&G though. Of course SV has had two more seasons.
I got mildly annoyed in season 2 when they got stuck in a rut of having every episode be.
1) Fix huge problem that arouse in the last 5minutes of the previous episode.
2) Create new huge new problem in the last 5 minutes of the episode.
But at a certain point you just gotta say fuck it and try to enjoy watching Richard fuck everything up because you know it will just be fixed in the first half of the next episode.
The show is more concerned with creating humor through failure than drama.
