>long as hell

We are in an era of /tv/ where movies that last less than 3 hours are considered 'Long as hell'

Don't mind that guy he's a homosensual
>>
>>69201272
im not complaining for its length. i loved that it was long. i loved everything about that movie. But we live in a generation thats Od'ing on A.D.D. so its rare for a person to sit down like a normal human being and just watch a movie without getting distracted by snapchat or some shit. so i just felt like pointing that out
>>

the first part of the film is shot in wide-angle nicely composed manner and when the characters arrive to Paris the cinematography changes

lolling hard mate

could you have more cliche taste? also In Bruges is fucking awful. also Apocalypse Now is a waste of a novel that is a masterpiece. The Godfather is an overrated mediocrity. Barry Lyndon is shit. TAOJJBTCRF is a waste of incredible photography which it barely holds up with a totally vacuous film. Mulholland Drive and Once Upon a Time... are total masterpieces though.

But honestly once you grow up and get out of the "tough guy gun" movies you'll probably see Hitchcock is a genius.

Cinematography isn't just fucking still frames of shit. It's a combo of camera angle, composition, editing, movement, etc.

What you are posting is literally just photography.

I have only noticed now that you can see darker rectangles where the usual paintings in this room must hang
I wonder why the paintings for the scene were moved so high up?

it's a psychological construct popularized in the 19th century, Euclid made no claims to its aesthetic authority. it's also seated in a kind of abstract belief that people find 'golden rectangles' more appealing than other shapes, which is obviously hogwash.

Nothing to misunderstand about him intentionally aiming for the sword instead of body

>>69212973
Although it's obvious that crushing majority of art has nothing to do with GR, saying it doesn't exist is foolish.

It's been used through history many times by great artists, and it's found it nature. And it IS aesthetically pleasing, but it's not TERM for beauty.

That shot is fucking terrible.

Not because of geometry, but because of shitty CGI it doesn't have any depth.
