It's not necessarily that bad, so to say, just the PoV characters get so repetitive and boring.
Most of the characters I just plain don't like are PoV characters in AFFC. For example: Arya, Fat Pink Mast, Sansa, Dornish Camera, Arianne of the Tower etc.
Brienne's chapters are also 50/50 love/hate it seems, as well. I liked them personally because it shows a different side of the war, and the after effects it has and the suffering and hardship it causes.
I also liked Victarions chapters as well, and Jaimes chapters, but the rest IMO were really boring and bland.

He is a completely different kind of villain that sets him apart from all the other players, but he is ultimately boring and just overpowered and untouchable.
Doesn't quite fit in the "game of thrones"; was a logical possibility in the books though. But this stupid modern tone to him about revolution and 99% crap doesn't really fit in the story. Just crappy writing in the show and so far too little about him in the books to make a verdict.
He will likely be getting a surprise death or dethroning by the Tyrells instead of Cersei and killed by the people for "betraying" them, which the Tyrells will tell the people as revenge for their kiddos and to ensure Tommen and Cersei stay in power
