I don't know how /tv/ can insist this isn't the result of an anti-woman bias. There are trailers for movies that look much, much worse than this one does, but they aren't met with nearly as much vitriolic anger. From day one the MRAs and 90's kid fedoralords were angry about this movie solely because it was going to star women.

I found the Ghost Busters trailer appalling for one reason - It lacked any of the real charm and comradery that the original Ghost Busters had. GB is all about bros, friendships, and them doing the supernatural busting of poltergeists as a mundane day job no different than plumbing or routing electrical wires through a house
Instead what is given to us is some sort of "Women can be stronk!" narrative piece that really plays up just how awesome women can be. The characters seemed mismatched and don't really mesh together - actually they seem at odds with each other like they don't get along at all. For a movie that is really about having a meta of "women are not just something to look at" they spend an awfully lot of time sexualizing and demeaning Chris Hemsworth
Everything about the movie seems off. I never liked Melissa McCarthy's comedy, despite watching numerous movies of hers. She comes off as over the top and unrealistic (that the person's personality isn't real, it's just acting), whereas someone like Seth Rogen and Jonah Hill in "This is the end" is insanely over the top, but still somehow grounded and realistic. I feel like McCarthy can only do a caricature of what she assumes a hypothetical person could act like, and Seth/Jonah know how to make a believable real person you might one day know.
The movie looks like trash. Not because they are women. It just looks like trash. Batman v Superman had men in the leading roles, and it was also trash. The irony there is Wonder Woman was regarded as the only good thing about BvS. Where is the rampant, unrelenting misogyny there?

If I have a personal flaw in this, it's that being all women makes me somewhat less interested in the movie for whatever reason, but I'm sick of being told that a general lack of interest is misogynistic or evidence that I hate or oppose women.
