Supremacy > Identity > Ultimatum
Haven't still haven't seen Legacy. I thought Ultimatum was like a 'Greatest Hits' rehash of the previous two movies. Supremacy had the best plot and one of the greatest foot and car chases commited to film.
Identity is extremely comfy but I always thought the second half was weak outside of Clive Owen.
