This. Brienne is one of my favorite POV characters in the books because her whole plotline is about seeing what the citizens think of the war(s) going on, which provides an excellent contrast to all the dealings of the nobles. She's almost like this Don Quixote character who's ostensibly trying to find Sansa and Arya but really spends all her time trying to help out the smallfolk at every turn, going on weird and wacky adventures in the Riverlands that run the gamut from amusing to deeply affecting.
In the show she just borderline stalks Sansa and goes around screaming and hitting people with her sword. I get that they wanted to condense plot to more effectively use screentime, but I can't help but feel that cutting the Brienne arc was a huge mistake because now we have literally zero outfit with which to see the events of the series from the perspective of the common man.

I am so fucking exhausted of both Ramsay and the Sneks. The only good "totally unhinged psycho" character in the show was Joffrey, and that was because he played up the tired-but-admittedly-enjoyable-to-watch petulant spoiled Caligula-esque child king schtick. It's interesting to watch nutjobs in positions of real power and to see everyone else kowtow to their inane wishes.
But watching crazy people gets really boring if you do it too much, and Joffrey was starting to wear thin at the end of S3, making his death perfectly timed. Ramsay and the Sand Snakes have waaaaayyyy overstayed their welcome (the latter after only 11 episodes), and I can't help but feel every second of screentime spent on them is a second wasted.
